I don't see a "compare all" button to click... If I walk through these steps
from the Ysearch home page (ignoring Captcha steps):

Click Search by last name

Enter "Allen" in the textbox

Click Search

Click the "536" under Pedigree

Click "Check All"

Click "Compare"

Click "Show comparative Y-DNA results"

It takes about 3 seconds for the records to come up.

MSIE is my primary browser, but I have found it imperative to Firefox on all of
FTDNA's web sites. Not only is there a *huge* difference in speed, some pages
simply don't work with MSIE. I keep both browsers open at all times, mostly
using MSIE (v. 6) because I'm so familiar with it, but with Firefox open to
access the LDS site and FTDNA's sites - and any other page that chokes with
MSIE.
