In the core R1a Clan Donald, starting in about 1230, the previously
unsuspected paternal NPE rate is zero. There is one NPE, but was suspected
at the time it happened centuries ago. This is over 200 births,
making an actual NPE rate of 0.5%. This is about half clan leaders,
half not.
