Hm,
I'd say that you must be somehow related non-human aliens then. :)
A normal human's chromosome 18 is only ~76 megabases long.
If your centromere is at 18,011,894,266 bp (18 billion) then something
is very strange.
Or what's the unit in which you measure the start point?
