Dear Mike,
Last July I got intraclade TMRCA estimates for R-L48 that ranged
between 2674 and 3308 years depending on the marker set used in the
analysis. See

80 for background. Intraclade TMRCA estimates tend to be somewhat lower
than the true age of the MRCA.

So the age of the cluster should be compared to L48 (downstream of U106),
instead of U106. What is the estimate for the age of L48?
