Yes, of course. Thank you John for pointing at that. The cited article
(JoGG, 5(2) 186-216, 2009), in Table 1 under "Standard 67-marker haplotype"
indicates "0.00216" and "0.145".

Sorry for the typo. Unfortunately, there are many of them in the message,
hopefully not with figures.

The Table contains 28 different haplotype formats, and mutation rates are
given for each of them. The last edition of the Table contains 31 haplotype
formats.
