No, Terry means 0.41% or less than one percent.
Siblings share about 50% of their genome on average, 1st cousins share
about 12.5%, 2nd cousins share about 3.125%, 3rd cousins share about
0.78125%, 4th cousins share about 0.1953125%, 5th cousins share about
0.0488%.
These are expected values, not what you actually get. So if you find
you share 0.41% with someone, the actual degree of relationship could
be anywhere between 3rd cousin and 5th cousin, or occasionally, a more
distant cousin.
