I found the SNP list on the Affy web site.

This is, of course, the standard chip, not necessarily identical to what
FTDNA will provide to the user.

There of SNPs listed with "associated" medical conditions ... how meaningful
they are of course is not known.

You can find information at www.snpedia.com.
