My response:

I agree completely:

R-P312:

13 24 14 11 11 14 12 12 12 13 13 29 - 17 9 10 11 11 25 15 19 29 15 15 17
17 -- 11 11 19 23 15 15 18 17 36 38 12 12 -

11 9 15 16 8 10 10 8 10 10 12 23 23 16 10 12 12 15 8 12 22 20 13 12 11 13 11
11 12 12

L-21:

13 24 14 11 11 14 12 12 12 13 13 29 - 17 9 10 11 11 25 15 19 29 15 15 17
17 -- 11 11 19 23 15 15 18 17 36 38 12 12 -

11 9 15 16 8 10 10 8 10 10 12 23 23 16 10 12 12 15 8 12 22 20 13 12 11 13 11
11 12 12

R-U152:

13 24 14 11 11 14 12 12 12 13 13 29 - 17 9 10 11 11 25 15 19 29 15 15 17
17 -- 11 11 19 23 15 15 18 17 36 39 12 12 -

11 9 15 16 8 10 10 8 10 10 12 23 23 16 10 12 12 15 8 12 22 20 13 12 11 13 11
11 12 12

They are not only almost identical (it seems that there is only one
deviation in "39" compared to "38", albeit it might be a fractional one),
but also have practically identical TMRCAs, 3950+/-400 ybp, 3600+/-370 ybp,
and 4125+/-400 ybp, respectively. All within the same margin of error. For
U106 it is 4175+/-430 ybp.
