A couple of things can complicate this.

You each have two copies chromosome 7, and you could be matching some of
these people on different copies. 23andMe is reporting half-identical
regions for this reason.

The other thing is that everyone's test has no-calls, maybe 5%, and this
can affect calculation of segement lengths.
