I don't think anyone else answered your question.

The short answer is that if your Matches page lists a large number of
low-resolution matches, they are almost meaningless. You need to increase
the resolution until the number of matches is small.

For yourself, 67-marker matches are most significant; then 37 markers; then
25 markers. For your sister, full-sequence mtDNA matches are most
significant if she has ordered that test; otherwise, HVR1+HVR2 matches are
more significant.

It is unfortunate that FTDNA's Matches page lists matches in reverse order
of importance.
