Ken,
What were those frequencies, if you don't mind?
I noticed in quickly scanning the Y-DNA Results page of the Germany Project
(http://www.familytreedna.com/public/germany/default.aspx?section=yresults)
that it seems most of those with 390=23 who have 67 markers also have the
telltale 492=13, which almost always signifies U106+ status. Unfortunately,
only their surnames are listed, with no place of origin, and not all the
surnames appear to be German.
