Ok, you have confirmed that you've done nothing to deal with the
DYS390=19 outlier, so there is no reason to continue the conversation.

It's like taking a whale, a squirrel, a dog, and a cat and averaging
them to find the average mass of mammals. It's all data, but it's all
meaningless.

So, add 75ky to a few 5-10ky, divide, and voila, you have an age of
16ky. Add a little spice about Sumerians, Proto-Turks, and "It is
women who largely make human races. Men cannot pass their genes around
directly to men." and you have the beginnings of a good fantasy novel.
