That has been my observation for a long time, not related to the recent
changes. The new download option makes it easier to use Excel 2007as a
work-around, though. I keep a note of the total number of matches in the
Chromosome Browser. If it's grown, I simply note the last item in my current
spreadsheet, then append the latest download, then use the "Remove
Duplicates" tool on the Data ribbon. New additions will be at the bottom of
the list.
