The key phrase in your statement is "and a decent paper trail." Your
statement is only applicable to those whom you _already_ have powerful
reason to believe are closely related.
For those who are deciding whether to _look_ for "a decent paper trail," 67
markers are essential, and SNP tests are sometimes advisable as well.
