If your only goal in DNA testing is to confirm a same surname
geneaological trail or the like, then probably only 25 markers can can
If you have an interest in deeper ancestral, super-family, geographic
origins or searching for lost or unknown distant cousins AND you are
in R-M269, 67 markers is very, very helpful.
