Seems to have popped up on the draft tree when I was not looking:

Listed right after L371. We (me and my wife's nephew, different surnames)
are still waiting on our L371 results. We are currently L21* and looking for
our possible subclades.
L459 does not yet show up on my advanced SNP order page but I will stay
tuned.
