According to Adriano's spreadsheet of 23andMe results including v3, there
are no y positions 1342297 or 5448802 covered by their chip.

The reference and info I gave is for L460 from the FTDNA Y Chromosome
Browser rs7892855 = 7939415 which is one of the 3 locations given on the
NCBI link Anne gave they being rs7892855 = 1342297, 5448802 or 7879415 all A
= Ancestral C
= derived
>From this we know that FTDNA are testing position 7939415.
Goldstick's and Joiner's results were on 7939415 position, I don't know what
position the other results were on.
Are the no calls on one or both of the other two positions?
