Subject: [DNA] Are you private WTY in HgI with 9 new SNPs?
Date: Sat, 24 Sep 2011 13:27:23 -0600

Someone with L622+ (believed to be phyloequiv to M223+) is reported to have 9 new snps, L699 to L707, as well as L387+ from WTY test

Their new snps are already for sale by catalog, but such a WTY does not show in the Finch browser or in the M223+ GAP page.

Perhaps someone wished to have their WTY results remain private? But if others from M223+ sector of I are to investigate all these new snps, a costly process, it would be very helpful and informative to know what the STR haplotype looks like for the person with these newly discovered snps. Can YOU reveal your STR haplotype, please?

>From such a gush of new snps, seemingly a very improbable result given history of M223+ WTY tests, you could very well be from a real outlying STR haplotype?
