The sale is over but I still have similar questions. The following paper
from 2009 was using HVR1 + HVR2 :

I can't get a hand on the whole paper but the main question is how trustable
is the use of HVR1 + HVR2 for these haplogroups :
A2, B2, C1 and D1 . Maps would be welcome !
