Since your snps are placed at nodes (where they really don't belong), I
don't understand the logic of your trees.

If NA20351 is derived for L801, does that automatically say anything about
NA12748, HG00136, NA19984, and NA12003 for L801?

Data from the 1000 Genomes Project suggests that L800 may turn out to be
equivalent to M223 or one of the upstream SNPs, as there don't seem to be
any L800- (ancestral) amongst the 6 M223+ individuals that have been
identified.

L801 will probably turn out to be more interesting, as it seems to be
approximately with Z76 (cf. http://www.box.net/shared/duuvh3epioblh59finur ;
NA11932 seems to be L801-, but NA20351 seems to be L801+).
