In that case it almost has to be based on customer feedback, perhaps to a particular FTDNA email address.
I don't think we could ever get FTDNA to somehow monitor all of the projects and make judgement calls. What is unacceptable to some of us may be perfectly acceptable in other projects. This is a hobby, with many different individual objectives, not the military or an assembly line where uniformity is an objective.
In this case we should be making a list of items that could be used in customer complaints - perhaps rating them on a seriousness scale.
