You can use Conditional Formatting.

Select the area of the table you wish to format.
Home > Conditional Formatting > New Rule > Format only cells with
Specific text > Containing > 0
Click on Format > Fill > Choose a colour, say Red, and click OK, OK, OK

Any cells with '0' in them will be red.
