So called "Neanderthal" material is simply general human material that
happens to be missing in some African populations.

Since "Paleo-African" tribes apparently have spent so much time in
isolation from others, it is only natural that they would be missing some
of the genetic material.

The presently popular idea of input from Neanderthals to everyone else
leaves many facts unexplained and is very far from being proven.
