I am not certain what having those particular values may mean but that
combination is found in 100 of 2,169 (4.6%) of R1b persons of Iberian
descent (locations worldwide).
I find it in 45 of 726 (6.2%) of R1b persons of Iberian descent (known
locations in Iberia).

As to a value of 448=17, I find it in 22 of 2,466 (0.89%) of R1b persons of
Iberian descent worldwide.
