The 1901 UK census was taken March 31st and there is no Catherine, Cathy, Katherine, Kathryn, Kathy, Kate or Katie GEORGE that was 11 years old, anywhere.

The results are the same for any of the above name variations, when she was 1 in the 1891 UK census, taken April 5th.

There was one Catherine that was 12 in the 1901 census, bp unknown, living in Camberwell/London. There were several named John and Mary in the same census, same location.
