Check out www.familyheritagepublishers.com. I haven't yet received my book
back from them, but based on our conversations (my book presented several
challenges--my fault, not theirs), I have been VERY impressed. I also
highly recommend the software from www.fineprint.com that they recommend.
It was so easy to use.
