Subject: Two questions: query & operation

Hope this is the right venue for these questions:
1) How do I enter a query about Ireland?
2) How do I open the individual attached files?
Previously, I was able to click on the message name and then select
"open" or "save to disk" from the dialog box. I always used "open," and
read the message. Now, when I click on the message name, the "save" dialog
box almost always comes up ( which I don't often want to do), and there's no
other option. Could it be because I recently upgraded my Internet Explorer
browser to level 5? Thank you, Kathleen
