If you mean the maps which have the references from the Griffith's Valuation
these are only available from the Valuation Office in Dublin. They have
computer scans of the originals which they will print for you at 20 per A3
section or 40 per full sheet. The original maps are now in the National
Archives but are still "being processed" and not available for inspection.

The Valuation Office has a website
http://www.valoff.ie/
which appears to be out of action at the moment!
