Glad I was able to help
Unfortunately that's all you get on this CD. It is an index only. You will
now have to visit your local LDS centre to get the Plot number of this
person from Microfiche. This will show the number of the Plot of Land where
he lived.
You might like to invest in a book called "Tracing your Irish Ancestors" by
John Grenham and published by GILL & MACMILLAN, Goldenbridge, DUBLIN 8.
Index to Griffith's Valuation of Ireland 1848-1864 is from Heritage World &
the Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc. You will need either Family Tree
Maker or Family Archive Viewer to view this Index (according to the cover of
the CD ROM).
Good Luck
I am also researching the following members of my family:
All descendants of William Brennan (1840's) of Ballickmoyler or Arless, Co.
Laois. IRL
Moran & Lalor/Lawler/Lawlor in Arless Co. Laois. IRL
Kelly/Carter from Ardateggle, Co. Laois. IRL
Bulger/Bolger/Brennan from Dublin City. IRL
Boran, Wall & Ryan from Arless, Co. Laois. IRL
Brennan from Co. Meath, Ireland
Alstead and Stanley from Yorkshire, England.
