Interesting Catholic marriage record for Edouard Connor:
Connors, Edward, m 09-04-1785 in Quebec (13-04-1780 Protestant) Marie
Labrie.
The place of Edwards birth is Gleen, province of Leinster, county Wexford,
baronie of Shelmalier.
(from Catalogue des immigrants catholiques des Iles Brittaniques avant 1825)
And I think the main reason MY Irish ancestors married Quebecois/e is that
they were all Catholics!!
Cheers,
Meg
