I visited the site and found two lone URLs, no layout otherwise. I
assume that what you see depends on what browser you use. Netscape
certainly doesn't see much.
It is very important in Web design to lay out a site so that all
browsers can use it. Proprietary code and certainly optimization for a
particular browser is generally bad design.
From the information to date, the author of this site tried to do it
right and should be complimented on his addition to genealogy resources.
He appears to have been misled by using a poor layout product.
