SOME specimens of potatoes grown in the open air on
the ground of the Rev. SOMERS PAYNE, at Upton, have
been exhibited in our office, which give promise of a
magnificent crop. They are of the variety called pinks,
perfectly sound and healthy, and average about four
ounces in weight.
