Something else to keep in mind in reference to Baltimore (and maybe some
other cities). Baltimore city over the years changed it's city limits
at least 3 times by expanding into
space which was originally Baltimore county. So depending on what date
you are concerned with, the same location (church, cemetery, etc.) could
be in Baltimore city one day and in Baltimore county the
next.
