There are thousands that still can translate, just send a copy to a few
different city halls in NE Oklahoma and ask them if they have an employee
available or know a nearby elderly Cherokee. Send a SASE (stamped,
self-addressed envelope) with each, of course. You'll probably get
slightly different versions but that's in the translating. You could
pickoff a few cities in the area of Muskogee, Tahlequah and Stillwell,
OK. Smaller towns and the public libraries would probably do just as
well.
