I don't think this site is only "cash-entry" sales. I have found two
homestead files, one for an ancestor in AR and one in WI. It doesn't
contain the whole record, only the deed (one page), which you can
download and print. You still have to order the file from the archives
on Form #84. This is the info they were charging $1.25 for from the
CD. I think the file for the WI ancestor's homestead was $10.00 or some
such thing from the archives when I ordered it, and it was several pages
of info.
