Yes, that's right. There is an excellent reworking of this family
in Saul David's book, 'Prince of Pleasure: The Prince of Wales and
the Making of the Regency', Abacus, 1999. Chapter 3, 'Mrs
Fitzherbert' includes a discussion on their illegitimate children.

Also read my paper on Captain John Molloy, supposed to have been the
son of the second brother Frederick, Duke of York and Albany, Earl
of Ulster, and Bishop of Osnaburg. It is on-line at:

Some of the deductive logic in working through the available
evidence is apparent in that paper as well. It is methodologically
important, and a lot of fun. I have addressed historical societies
and dined out on the theme more than a few times now.
