Is Ella George and Ella Melissa George the same person?

ELLA GEORGE
younger sister of Francis Marion George. He was born 13 May 1860 in
Harrison Co. Iowa. Their parents are Henry George and Mary Catherine Ross
(Mary''s parents- William Ellis Ross and Mary Margaret Ashcraft.)

ELLA MELISSA GEORGE
born- abt 1860 Married Andrew Jackson Ashcraft 27 Oct 1880 in Logan,
Harrison Co. Iowa

This is all the info I have on Ella Melissa George. Can anyone verify if
these 2 Ella's are one and the same? And if not the same, Who is Ella Melissa
?
