On behalf of a researcher, who has not joined the computer age, I am
submitting the following inquiry. If anyone has information regarding the
following family, I would love to hear from you.

Lucas George (b. abt 1805 VA) married 1st, on 26 Dec 1839 in Wilson Co, TN,
Jane Forbes; he married 2nd, on 30 Dec 1840 in Wilson Co, TN, Nancy Forbes
(sister of Jane Forbes). The children of Lucas George and Jane Forbes are
as follows:

1. Elizabeth Jane George (b. 3 Oct 1842; d. 23 Jul 1923) m. James E.
Carruth.
2. Jeremiah George (b. 3 Feb 1845; d. abt. 1864-1865).
3. John H. George (b. 5 Jan 1846; d. 1916) m. Sarah Ann Reed. (John H.
George is buried in Collin Co, TX)
4. Permelia Mead George (b. 12 Aug 1847) m. Robert Weaver.
5. Arthur Forbes George (b. 23 Jan 1850) m. America (Hightower) Carruth.
(Arthur George is buried in Brown Co, TX)
6. Thomas Alexander George (b. 9 Dec 1851; d. 8 Apr 1921) m. Frances Jane
Reed.
i. William Denny George (d. 12 Jan. 1948) m. Rhoda (Baker) Facenia
