Hi Listers,

ARE THERE ANY BRITISH GEORGE'S OUT THERE????

As much as I love the USA and the American people, you all seem to have
hijacked this list. (in the nicest possible way - of course).

I am interested in tracing my grandmothers family from the Walsall area of
Staffordshire:-

May Elizabeth George
b. 23 May, 1905 (As yet, I have no birth cert. for her, so I don't know
exactly where).
m. Fred Flavell (my paternal grandfather)
on 7th April, 1928 at St Mary and all Saints, Palfry, Walsall.
They had 3 children;
Charlie, Leslie (my father) and Jean.

The only thing I know about my grandmother from before she married is that
her father was William George and the address given on her marriage cert.
was 31 Queen Mary Street, Walsall.
