I think that this John George born 1743 was in Laurens Co. SC for a while. I am descended
from a John George born c1735, who was in Union Co just north of Laurens Co. There was a
John, Andrew, and Alexander George who had land grants in Laurens Co near the Union Co. line
in the late 1700s. I don't know if there was a connection between the two George families.
