Thanks Barb for your patience.
I have changed my Greenbrier Co, WV notes to read
"Wm Francis & Richard Dudley are sons [or descendants?] of Nicholas, orig of Lancaster Co, VA who migrated to Charlotte co, Va and then to Greenbriar Co, WV and then on to Madison Co, KY where Wm F died and then Rich Dudley went on to OH where he d ca 1862."
Does that agree with what you are saying?
Now I am confused, I thought Marty said they were ch of Wm who d 1770 in Charlotte Co, VA???
Maybe I skipped a generation or???
Which of the Nicholas is the father of Wm F and Rich Dudley?
Can you put some appx dates on those moves?
I look forward to receiving your fam gpe sheets or descendancy chart! That would really be of help.
And I still have poor Thomas 1767 still without connection to any of these folk, even though they were all in Greenbrier at the same time???
Sorry to be so slow!
Best,
