Here is some information from the recent meeting on February 3rd in Medicine
Hat:

- it was decided that a minimum of 10 people were needed to work on a local
committee (so far there are four) in order to plan the event etc.. So... if
you know of anyone who would like to help, please have them contact the
chairman of the committee:

It was decided to make it a Germans from Russia Gathering and not just for
Bessarabians.
