I am searching for any information on my great-grandparents family. I will include the information that I have already...

1. SOLOMON1 GOEBEL was born Abt. 1855 in Russia. He married ELIZABETH BORK January 31, 1878 in Russia. She died Bet. 1928 - 1930 in Sheboygan, Sheboygan Co., Wisconsin.

OBSERVANCE OF GOLDEN WEDDING IS HELD HERE

The fiftieth or golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Soloman Goebel was celebrated Saturday afternoon at the home of their son, Gottlieb Goebel, 1621 North Seventeenth Street.

Mr. Goebel was united in marriage with Elizabeth Bork on January 31, 1878, in Russia. They lived in that country up until four years ago, when their sons sent for them to come to America.

At the party Saturday were the couples' sons, Solomon and Gottlieb with their families; their daughter, Mrs. Alex Bauer and family; Mr. and Mrs. G. Ruppel; Mr. and Mrs. Arnst and family; Mrs. and Mrs. Henry Diener; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Steinpreis and family; G. Diener and Mrs. Milbeth Zittel. At six o'clock a supper was served. Henry Steinpreis read an appropriate poem.

NOTE: The Saturday mentioned would have been February 4, 1928.
