Michael,

That is a difficult question to answer unless you are able to "strike
it rich" with someone having a common interest that is already solved.
Let me suggest going to a Latter Day Saints library, if one is close,
and seeking their help. My research found that the library had a
published book containing the name of ships entering a desired port
during a particular time period. It would help to know from where they
sailed, but being able to narrow it down to the arrival location,
month, and year is a help. From there, it would be a search exercise
looking at microfilms that their library could order for you.

I am not sure if doing a search on the Ellis Island website would be of
any help since they came into Baltimore.

As a side bar, my dad always claimed they came into Philadelphia (even
on his naturalization paperwork) while his (still unborn) sister
claimed the parents (and he) came in through Ellis Island. I eventually
was able to verify, via ships list and the referenced book, that they
did indeed come through Ellis Island.

Good Luck in your endeavor; not sure if I have been of any help.
