Michael,

It is my suggestion that you find a library that has Ancestry
Plus--most of the larger city libraries do. These libraries subscribe
to Ancestry so there is no charge. I'm sure that you will find the
Baltimore manifests on the Ancestry.com website. Also many of the LDS
Family History Centers subscribe to Ancestry.
