Available meaning published?

Igor Pleve Einwanderung in das Wolgagebiet 1764-1767 Volume II includes
alphabetically the villages Galka - Kutter, and according to the Volga web
site there are two more volumes to come. Does anyone have any idea when Vol
III will be published? Didn't Pleve mention at the convention that this
volume would be available by the end of 2004?
