Mr. Roth was born in Sterling to Fredrick and Hazel (Hollowell) Roth.
On Feb. 19, 1955, he married Colleen Ann Moffitt in Brighton.
Mr. Roth lived in the Greeley area from 1976 until moving to Broomfield in 2004.
During the Korean Conflict, he served in the Army.
Mr. Roth owned and operated "The Barber Shop" in La Salle since 1985. Later, he moved the business to Hill 'n Park in Greeley.
He was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses from 1962 until the time of his death Saturday at Hospice of St. John in Lakewood.
Survivors: His wife, Colleen Roth of Broomfield; a son, Robert Roth of Arvada; three daughters, Kathy Sharp of Denver, Patricia Prentis of Aurora and Edna Davis of Westminster; his mother, Hazel Ringelman of Aurora; two half-brothers, Gene Baird of Arkansas and John Baird of Tennessee; four sisters, Dorothy Aguilar and Marian Gorman, both of Texas, Amelia Schwenner of Missouri and Shirley McElwain of Denver; nine grandchildren, Cecil, Reuben, Kynesha and Ricardo Rincones, Margarita Garcia, Gloria Davila, Anastasia Thomas, Hillary Spivack and Delwin Prentis; three great-grandchildren, Kylie-Ann, Jordan and Anna-Lyse Rincones.
Preceded in death by: His father; a sister, Gladys Reeves; and two infant children, Fredrick Michael Roth and Anna Marie Roth.
Memorial services to celebrate his life: 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 11580 N. Sheridan Blvd., Westminster. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date at the Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver.
