Hi, after WW2, the german population in Czechoslovakia/Bohemia were expeled
and were resetled in Germany. The town of Prien is south east of Munich, on
Lake Chiemsee, close to the Austrian Border. Obb. stands for
Oberbaiern/UpperBavaria. Herb Schwarz,Ontario,Canada
