Hi listers,


If I may enter the debate, my interpretation is as follows:-

I am a "direct" descendant of my parents, but an "indirect" descendant of my
parents siblings.

In the family tree chart, all uniterrupted (vertical) straight line
connections are "direct" descendants, whereas any connections made through different
lines (horizontal) are "indirect".

Anyones thoughts on this?
