Hi All,
I am new to this list. I am trying to find the towns or villages my great grandparents came from.
Marie Mendatt sailed from Hamburg, Germany in 1874 and arrived in New York On Dec. 05, 1874 aboard the Klopstock.

My Great grand father Julius Wilinski sailed from Bremen Germany in 1872 and arrived in New York April 18, 1872 aboard the Hermann. Two years before Marie. They married shortly after her arrival. That is why I believe they knew each other before sailing.
Here are the various places they claimed to have came from. All very similar.

Grossdeshen, Westpreussen
Prassellernitz, Westerpreussen

Grossterschendorf, Preussen
Grossellernitz, Preussen

1882

Teschendorf, Preussen
Ellernitz, Preussen
The names of these towns where copied off of various baptism records. This family is Catholic if that would matter.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
